Our engineers team looks back on 30 years hand on experience in steel and plastics manufacturing, as well as electronics and programming expertise. A special focus has also been on pulleys and ropes. 

Detailed construction drawings and workshop plans. Our focus when working out such drawings is on practicality and efficiency for the following manufacturing process. 30 years manufacturing experience allows us to anticipate and avoid manufacturing obstructions.

We investigate and inspect future and existing products in regard to their normative alignment, as well as to relevant safety aspects.

We use established software to analyse the stability and strenght of product components in regarding to their intended use and exposure. To foresee and indentify possible loads and their interaction is our expertise.

We have worked with international technical institutes for the inspection and safety approval / certification of altered or new products, like TÜV, BSI, Bureau Veritas etc. for decades. Our path is always find improvements and options to realise a product, rather than just poiting out obstacles. 

With 30 years experience in amusement rides, sports and fun equipment, hoist and rigging mashines as well as many other outdoor devices, we very well know what to look for.

Any great idea is, after being sketched and drawn, waiting to be shaped and worked in a mock-ups and prototypes.

We have all the techniques, tools and workshop to put your idea into a first sighting.

Any idea or product that has left the mock up stage for a first prototype is subject to testing under real loads and functionality. This is a very critical phase of product development and we are prepared to go all in leaving nothing to chance.
